Terms and Conditions:
  • The stalls will be booked on ‘First come First Serve’ basis. The booking would be confirmed only after the 100% payment has been received by the organizers atleast 1 month prior to the conference.
  • The booth rental fee includes One table, two chairs, three spot lights, one plug point (15 Amp.), one dustbin and fascia name.
  • Bare Space will be offered on request, with standard electricity power, anything extra shall be charged as per actual requirement.
  • Two complimentary Exhibitor registrations (limited to exhibition area) will be provided at each stall. These two exhibitors will be entitled for lunch.
  • Payment terms –
    • 50% of total amount at the time of booking of exhibition area space & sponsorship.
    • Rest 50% before 5th December 2015
    • written confirmation of booking will be given after the full payment is received.
  • All government taxes shall be charged extra.
  • Organizers reserve the right to cancel the booking incase of non-payment of the balance amount within the stipulated time period.
  • Any additional exhibition material/electrical fitting will be charged extra as ‘on actual’ basis.
  • The layout of the exhibition is tentative and organizers have the right to change it, if needed.
  • In case of non happening of event, on account of force majeure / war / riots or any other unavoidable circumstances, no amount shall be refunded.
  • All the legal matters are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction.
